Thea Jacobra (b. 1995 in Czechia) is a multidisciplinary creative director and strategy consultant.
They have managed several successful startups since the age of 21, and have been part of businesses internationally.

They graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague with BA in Photography and MA in New Media. They also attended École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris.

In 2022, Thea was nominated for the Gratias Tibi Award, which honors young people making a positive impact on society, for creating the first LGBTQ+ children’s book in the Czech Republic. A few years later, this book developed into the international project now known as Rainbow Space.

This commitment to creativity with purpose led her to create several projects:

hahaha models, an agency representing queer, trans+ and talents of the global majority.

Trans Crush, a podcast dedicated to showcasing trans individuals and their powerful stories.

Rainbow Space, an LGBTQ+ app for families and individuals across generations, featuring a podcast that reimagines traditional family structures.

Since 2019 Thea has been helping startups build strong brand identities with clarity, structure, and creativity,
and consult with established businesses to turn their ideas into impactful, fully executed projects.

Her work has been featured in international publications such as Flash Art, Vogue, i-D, Kaltblut, and Fotograf Magazine, highlighting her voice in contemporary culture. In 2021, she was recognized as a Fresh Eyes Talent, a selection of the best emerging photography talents worldwide.

The most successful works have appeared in capital cities across Europe on city lights and billboards, showcasing her creative interventions for established companies, brands, and organizations.
